Nokia has announced their decision to bury their yet to be unveiled new Windows 8 smartphones under the avalanche of publicity which is sure to follow the unveiling of the iPhone 5 in September.
A Nokia spokesman told The Daily Satire:
"Please don't include my picture. I don't want my family to know that I work for Nokia"
When coaxed on the issue of the new Windows 8 Phones he told us:
"Microsoft forced us to make them for their new operating system, but we are deeply ashamed to have done so. We know that we make ill-judged phones which nobody wants to buy, and that when people see our new phones they will either laugh at us or just give us a dirty look and then ignore us, so we decided to bury the launch under the avalanche of Apple publicity for the iPhone 5 this September."
