This is a fun thing to do - find an 'inspirational' image or a picture with a quote from one of those inspirational type places, and then deface it. Here's one I made earlier.
The whole self-help / inspirational stuff industry can be so pompous and pretentious, its nice to have a go at bursting their bubble from time to time...
