Do I Need A CrumbShield?

I need advice and I am hoping that the kind readers of this website will be able to help me. I have a monthly subscription to a membership website, the contents of which I will not mention in polite company, but recently I bought myself a nice new laptop computer and when I tried to log in with it they told me that I needed to allow cookies on my computer to be able to log in.
