When Prime Minister David Cameron jumped up and raised his arms in the air to celebrate Chelsea's win in Munich, which he had been watching with Angela Merkel, a meme was born.

Now the British PM can be found celebrating in all sorts of strange and inappropriate situations after a twitter photoshop game went viral.

I think this meme originally got popular on Reddit, with loads of people posting in-jokes about upvoting posts. But its got massive potential as a political meme - its a great picture and its just crying out for a funny caption.
