This is a fun thing to do - find an 'inspirational' image or a picture with a quote from one of those inspirational type places, and then deface it. Here's one I made earlier.

An excellent satire on the self help genre, with a list of spoof descriptions of real books, such as my two favourites:
The Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands by Laura Schesslinger- Get a dog and read a puppy manual. It's easier and basically the same rules apply.
