In case you missed it (how?) GOP candidate Rick Perry recently failed to remember a key part of the policy he is standing on for the Republican nomination - the three departments of government that he plans to cut. Well actually, to be fair to him, he did remember two of the three, and as they say, two out of three ain't bad.
