Not only does Newt Gingrich have a bit of a funny sounding name, it seems he also has a bit of a funny sounding resume. Its not like he's exactly totally and utterly lying, more like he's just basically lying. Or perhaps you could say that he's not technically lying, he's just practically lying. And I don't mean that as in 'almost' lying, I mean it like, in practice, yes, he really is lying.
