Drawing giant penises on public surfaces is a mainstay of graffiti, but isn't usually associated with high art. But this one is different - as you can see from the video it really is giant, and it rises up as the bridge rises.
Called 'war' it was created as a protest against heightened security for the International Economic Forum and is situated right outside the FSB (Russian security service) headquarters in St Petersburg.
It recently won the prize for best work of visual art in Russia's Innovation awards...
