Lahore: With year 2010 ending in just a few days, the demand for extensive diaries, year books and planners rose the stock markets rates. The highest profit maker included Sofiya Printing Press, Balochistan. The printing press released thousand copies of Terrorism Year Book 2011 and Terror Planner 2011-12 on Saturday at a press conference here.

It needs to be mentioned here that Sofiya Printing Press was included in the Pakistan Stock Exchange this September after ISI & other organisations lobbied for its inclusion. A top government source revealed that the Sofiya Printing Press prints all Pakistani documents related to the military and the government. So, its inclusion in the Stock Exchange was a mere formality to boost trade.
After the terror stationery were released, the press website remained offline for hours as heavy traffic was seen. Single copy orders to bulk orders were registered through their website. Google Analytics showed 70K visitors visiting from the United States only.
The Terrorism Year Book 2011 written by an undisclosed person hails Mumbai 26/11 India’s guest Kasab as real hero. The cover page carries a picture of photoshoped Rakhi Sawant with an AK-56 gun. It is interesting to note that the Preface of the book is written by one of the experts of Indo-Pakistan diplomacy, Chetan Bhagat. “Bhagat is credited to be a person who can solve any problem with just a 3,500 words article and hence we roped in the Indian youth icon to write the preface for us,” said Safikur Alam, spokesperson of Sofiya Printing Press.
The Terrorism Planner is available in only hard-bound water-proof paper. “Terror planner will be used extensively and we don’t want it to get ruined by year end. It should last at least 15 months so that websites like WikiLeaks can get information once we destroy them,” said a buyer, who didn’t want to be named. He has ordered 50 such planners and hope that Sofiya Press will deliver the materials before 1st January 2011.
“I am using the terror planner of Sofiya Press since last 3 years. But, I fail to grab a copy this time. It’s already out-of-stock. I hope my plans don’t go wrong as I cannot plan better only when I use other terror planners,” said Kasab’s distant cousin Bekab in a sad tone.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that the Indian government has cried foul over the release of these literary articles. As they do in every positive step taken by Pakistan, the Indian government complained US President Obama about “Pakistan’s move against India.” These baseless reports by India was endorsed by the Indian media as well.
Detailing about the planner, IndiaTV, a Hindi news channel, showed the 365 pages and the targets as motivating terrorism. It even termed the planner as “death calender” and an open challenge for India and US by Pakistan, a desperate attempt to hurt Pak-US friendship.
